One of The Largest Global Art Contests for Children
Mohamed Naser Al Sayer & Sons Est Co W.L.L, a subsidiary of ALSAYER Holding and Group Corporate Excellence Department held an award distribution ceremony at ALSAYER Conference Hall Ardiya to honor the National Winners, art contest partners, top participants from Kuwait of the 12th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest. Toyota Dream Car Art Contest invites children to share ideas about the future of mobility by drawing their dream cars. Over 76 countries and regions participated and around 650 ,000 artworks were submitted globally in this year’s contest. The event was attended by Mubarak Naser Al Sayer CEO ALSAYER Holding and Top Management team, children whose artworks were shortlisted along with their parents, delegates from Ministry of Education, representatives from various schools, members of the jury. Some of the key guests who attended the event were Mr. Waleed Al Oumi Director – General Ahmadi Educational Zone, Mrs. Hessa Al Mutawa – General Instructor for Art Education of the Ministry of Education, Ms. Manal Al-Ghadhban – Senior Instructor for Art Education Ahmadi Educational Zone, Mr. Adel Al-Awadhi – Instructor of Art Education for the Ahmadi Educational Zone. According to Mubarak Naser Al Sayer “Toyota Dream Car Art Contest is an excellent platform for diverse young artists from public & private sector schools including Arabic, Bilingual and International schools to interact among each other, express their imagination through drawing their dream car. We highly appreciate all students, teachers and parents who have participated with enthusiasm and children cherished a unique opportunity to experience the joy of having dreams.” Eng. Nehad AlHaj Ali Deputy Group Manager Corporate Excellence expressed his gratitude towards Mr.Faisal Al-Maqseed Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Development and Activities who envisioned the importance and encouraged talents from Kuwait public schools to take part in such global competition. Kuwait National contest was conducted between the period October 2017 to May 2018. ALSAYER Group volunteers visited 205 schools and distributed around 8000 drawing sheets administered by Shibu Mohamed Manager CSR.

To encourage a large pool of exceptional talents 15 consolation prizes were awarded additionally nominated by the Jury and 90 actively participated schools were honored in presence of the distinguished guests.
The National Contest winners across the globe get qualified to the World Contest judging process in Japan to receive Gold, Silver, Bronze and Best Finalist awards for each age category. The global contest winners will be announced in August and are then invited to Japan to attend the Award Ceremony, to get honored.
