Recognition for strategic commitment towards sustainability
ALSAYER Holding was bestowed with the prestigious Sustainability Award for 2018 from Gulf Organization for Research and Development (GORD) under commercial sector for their leadership and commitment to adopt sustainability best practices in the Operation of their Al-Sayer Group headquarter in Free Trade Zone Area, Kuwait. GORD is recognized as the first performance-based system in the MENA region, developed for rating the green buildings and infrastructure.
The ceremony of the Sustainability Summit 2018 held on 24th October 2018 in Doha Qatar featured the presenting of the Sustainability Award to Al Sayer Group for their outstanding leadership and commitment to adopting the best sustainability practices in the operation of their Headquarter. Sustainability initiatives for Green building were adopted in the field of Energy, Water, Indoor Environment, Waste Management and Facility Management.
According to Mr. Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer , Executive Board Member & Chairman of Sustainability committee, Al-Sayer Group Holding in reinstating its continued commitment having awarded the prestigious Sustainability Award for 2016 for adopting sustainability best practices in design and construction of the landmark project Al-Sayer Toyota City,
