ALSAYER Group Champions Wellbeing Through Their 2026 Padel Tournament

As part of its ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, engagement, and fostering a strong sense of community within the workplace, ALSAYER Group proudly hosted the ALSAYER Group Padel Tournament on 15 August 2026 from 7pm-10pm at 33 Kuwait.

The event brought together 18 skilled employees across 9 teams for an evening of friendly competition, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Moreover, colleagues joined and supported the players as they battled it out on the courts. Designed as part of ALSAYER Group’s employee engagement initiatives, the tournament provided an opportunity for colleagues from across the organization to connect outside the workplace and strengthen relationships through sport.

Recognizing the importance of employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture, ALSAYER Group continues to create meaningful experiences that encourage collaboration, healthy lifestyles, and social interaction. The padel tournament reflects the Group’s belief that building strong communities begins from within, creating opportunities for employees to engage, connect, and support one another.
