“Share Your Ideas” Contest​

ALSAYER Group awards the Fahaheel Service Center team for their remarkable participation and contribution to the “Share Your Ideas” Contest. The Group expresses its sincere appreciation to Senior Business Director Eng. Ibrahim Al-Fouzan, Deputy General Manager Eng. Ahmed Issawi, Group Manager of the Corporate Excellence Department Eng. Nehad Al Haj Ali, and Deputy Manager Eng. Jithin Radhakrishnan for their efforts in overseeing awards ceremony.

In first place we have the Pump it Smart (ATF Filling Special Service Tool), which is a custom-built automatic transmission fluid filling tool made from recycled parts, designed to improve safety and efficiency in workshop operations, as opposed to a manual filling tool. This was built by Mr. Hemanth Vilayil Krishnan.

In second place we have the Engine Training Model, Innovative Reuse (Transforming Recall Waste into Leaning Value), which was done to improve in-house training by transforming a recalled LC300 V6 engine and scrap components into a valuable educational tool for hands on learning for technical and non-technical staff. This was built by Mr. Suthesh and Mr. Vishnu R Kurup.

Finally, in third place there was a tie between the Engineering Fitness (Sustainable Gym Gear) and the Recycle Ride (Kick Scooter). The first project transformed scrapped LC300 engine parts into functional gym equipment and was built by Mr. Aswanth Valappil and Mr. Hemnanth Vilayil Krishnan. The other third place project aimed to create an eco-friendly product for kids using repurposed vehicle scrap parts and was built by Mr. Sarath Sasidharan.

The Fahaheel Service Center’s team displayed creativity, dedication, and a proactive spirit, reflecting the strong culture of innovation ALSAYER Group fosters within its organization.
