ALSAYER Group reaffirmed its commitment to employee well‑being and social responsibility by encouraging broad staff participation in two of Kuwait’s flagship running events this season: the Gulf Bank 642 Marathon on November 29, 2025 and the NBK Run 2025 on December 13, 2025. In line with its inclusive culture, the Group supported participation by fully reimbursing entry fees for employees and families, making healthy living more accessible and community‑driven.
More than 150 employees from across business units embraced the challenge, stepping away from routine to champion fitness and team spirit. ALSAYER runners took on multiple distances—including 21KM, 10KM, and 5KM—and represented a wide range of roles and ages. Notably, senior leaders aged 65+ joined the start line and competed strongly within their age categories—underscoring that determination and resilience have no age limit.
“Over the years, ALSAYER Group has cultivated a culture that inspires people to continually improve and aim for excellence,” said Engineer Nehad Al Haj Ali, Group Manager, Corporate Excellence. “You can see it in the happiness and confidence of our runners; every kilometer they conquer reflects a mindset of pushing boundaries, growing stronger, and elevating performance—at work and beyond.”
Both the Gulf Bank 642 Marathon and the NBK Run 2025 offered a powerful platform for ALSAYER employees to come together, build social bonds, and prioritize holistic well‑being. Beyond race day, ALSAYER views such initiatives as catalysts for lasting, positive behavior change—encouraging individuals and families to adopt healthier habits that strengthen the wider community.
