ALSAYER Group enhances safety measures with emergency preparedness

In response to the current regional developments and as part of its unwavering commitment to employee safety, ALSAYER Group has intensified its emergency preparedness efforts by conducting a series of safety Toolbox Talks and awareness sessions across its operations in Kuwait.

Over the course of the holy month of Ramadan, ALSAYER Group’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team successfully delivered these sessions across a wide network of facilities, including Alarfaj AlShuweikh Showroom, Rai 2, Ardiya PDI, Ardiya Delivery Center, Ghazali Service Center , Central Body Shop (CBS), Toyota Service Centers in Fahaheel and Ahmadi, Jahra Toyota Service Center, Lexus Shuweikh Main Center and Body Shop, Head office at KFTZ 1, Sabhan Warehouse, Lexus 144 Quick Service, RAC Ardiya, and Ardiya Accessories. This broad outreach ensured that employees across the Group were equipped with essential knowledge and guidance on how to act during emergencies.

In light of the evolving situation in the Gulf region, the sessions placed additional emphasis on raising awareness and reinforcing practical actions employees should take during emergencies. The initiative aimed to ensure that all staff remain informed, prepared, and confident in responding to unexpected situations. Central to these sessions was the introduction of the internationally recognized PPRR emergency management framework, which focuses on four key stages: prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery. Employees were guided on how to proactively minimize risks, anticipate potential scenarios, respond effectively during emergencies, and support both physical and psychological recovery following incidents. This proactive approach reflects ALSAYER Group’s belief that safety extends beyond compliance, it is a culture rooted in awareness, resilience, and continuous readiness. By embedding the highest occupational health and safety standards into its daily operations, the Group reinforces its responsibility toward safeguarding its workforce under all circumstances.
